How public forms, portfolios, and studio tools handle information.
This page explains what the site collects, how it is used, and where public submissions may be routed.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions such as name, email, and message text.
- Career application details such as portfolio links and work history.
- Commission request details such as project scope, budget, and timeline.
- Account and session data for owner and employee portals.
- Public portfolio content that creators choose to publish.
How it is used
- To respond to messages, applications, and commission requests.
- To operate the public site, owner portal, employee portal, and Honor features.
- To route requests to owner/admin surfaces and configured Discord workflows when enabled.
- To protect the site, monitor abuse, and preserve audit history where required.
Public visibility
Published portfolio pages are public by design. Portfolio owners control what gets shown there, and commission request forms may save draft input locally in the browser so a request can be resumed later on the same device.
Retention and access
Retention depends on the data type and operational need. Owner and employee records, audit logs, and public content management data may be kept for security, continuity, and studio operations.
If you want to ask about a submission, update a portfolio page, or request removal of content you control, contact contact@dreamingstudios.com.
